GUEST LECTURE SERIES: Creativity in Luxury by Mrs Megha M.

“Luxury will never end, it is everlasting," said Mrs. Megha M., Head of Marketing- Kiehl’s, Shu Uemura, IT Cosmetics, Urban Decay at L'Oréal #SAPMENA during her session on 'Creativity in Luxury'.


Mrs. Megha Malagatti has over 20 years of experience in various roles. She transitioned into the #luxury industry after completing her International Luxury Brand Management M.B.A. at ESSEC Business School in Paris and worked extensively in #marketing and #branding roles. Additionally, she works towards encouraging young girls and women in need by providing them with free education through her foundation called From Untouchable To Unstoppable .



During her session, Mrs Megha shared various fascinating stories of the luxury industry. She emphasised how the product is at the heart of every luxury brand and explained the aspect of uniqueness as an essential strategy. 


For her, in luxury, creativity is 'that pulse you feel in every sense'. The session closed with a discussion on how imperative it is for brands to have their own identity in terms of how they project creativity. “Nothing changes; everything changes.”
