“Work until you no longer have to introduce yourself,” said Mrs Soniya Prithiani, Head of Luxury Collection and Deputy Vice President, @lodhagroup_india during her visit to SDA Bocconi Asia Center.
With over a decade and a half of experience in the real estate industry, Mrs Soniya has clocked over 5000 Crores of Sales with India’s biggest developer. She is experienced in dealing with clients across social strata and classes and spoke about it extensively. She also explained the importance of personalisation and curating cherished experiences for the clients in this industry.
Being the only woman in real estate to be listed in Forbes India as one of the Top 100 Leaders among 4000 Companies in the country, she shared her exciting journey with luxury and real estate and how it all began. She shed light on some of the biggest projects of the Lodha Group and how the company grew to become the brand we know today. “Change your outlook, if you want to change your outcome” was the mantra that she passed on to the students of the International Master in Business program. Throughout the session, Mrs Prithiani displayed multiple advertisements and projects by Lodha and the story behind each of them. She also shared her thoughts on the future of luxury with real estate which helped all the luxury enthusiasts develop a new perspective.
