Bentley Introduces New Customized Client Tour Experiences

By developing brand-new, completely immersive, inventive, and technologically engaging experiences at its historic Crewe headquarters, Bentley Motors has increased its investment in the customer experience. These experiences will be on sale in September 2023.


Customers will be able to build their own Bentley design heritage as well as take advantage of a revolutionary, digitally immersive, 3D lineage experience starting on September 1, 2023, thanks to this innovative adaptation of the manufacturing base. This experience will bring the tale of Bentley's lengthy and rich history to life. This substantial initiative is an addition to its historic £2.5 billion investment in the creation of new products and the Bentley "dream factory" headquarters, which employs over 4,000 people.

Customers of Bentley will be greeted in Crewe by a committed host who will design a specialized factory tour to spark ideas for their final specifications.

The Excellence Centre for Vehicle Finish's new customer experience section will provide all the tools necessary to produce a unique work of art. Customers will be given the option of selecting from a variety of the newest paint finishes, sustainable hides, stitching designs, finest wood veneers, hoods, carpets, and seatbelt varieties. Design consultants will be on hand to offer suggestions on how to combine these options for the look they want their dream car to have.


Customers will be able to choose their own veneers and understand how their automobile will be precisely book and mirror matched at the dedicated wood shop, which has more than nine sustainable wood finishes from around the world. Additionally available are custom finishes including stone, carbon fiber, and machine-turned aluminum.
